How to resume your subscription

If you have turned off auto-renewal of your subscription and would like to turn it on again, you may have an option to resume your subscription in your My Kaspersky account.

When you resume a subscription, it will automatically renew when it expires to ensure uninterrupted protection for all your devices.

To resume your subscription:

1. Go to the Subscriptions tab.
2. In the panel of a canceled subscription, click the Resume subscription button.

   A pop-up with details of the renewal opens.

3. View the details and click the Resume subscription button.

Your subscription is resumed and will automatically renew when it expires.

When you resume an active subscription, you won't be charged immediately. Shortly before your subscription expires, we'll debit funds from your stored payment method and renew your subscription after it expires.

If you resume a subscription during the grace period, we'll debit funds immediately and renew your subscription for the next term.
