About subscription management
To remotely manage a subscription, you must first add information about the subscription to your account. You can also connect a device hosting your Kaspersky application activated under the subscription.
You can find information on your application subscription in the application Help at Kaspersky Online Help.
You might only be able to renew and manage subscriptions on our corporate website or, if purchased from external service providers, on the provider's website. For such subscriptions, a link to the external store is displayed. Additionally, for mobile applications, it may only be possible to manage subscriptions from your app store account.
