How to turn off the auto-renewal

To turn off the auto-renewal:

1. Go to the Subscriptions section.
2. Click the subscription of interest.
3. Click Manage subscription > Turn off automatic renewal.

   This link is displayed only if the auto-renewal disabling is available.

4. Please share your feedback on the auto-renewal.
5. Confirm the action, if required.

Your product stays active until the end of the subscription period.

The turn off link is available for subscriptions purchased on My Kaspersky. You might only be able to renew and manage subscriptions on our corporate website or, if purchased from external service providers, on the provider's website. For such subscriptions, a link to the external store is displayed. Additionally, for mobile applications, it may only be possible to manage subscriptions from your app store account.
