How to turn off subscription auto-renewal
When auto-renewal is turned on, a subscription automatically renews before it expires to ensure uninterrupted protection for all your devices. You will be charged a renewal fee—we will remind you about the upcoming payment beforehand via email. You select whether to use auto-renewal or to pay manually when you initially purchase your subscription.
You can manage subscription auto-renewal only for active subscriptions.
You can purchase a subscription in your My Kaspersky account or through one of the following service providers: AI Marche, Allsoft, Nexway or 2Checkout. To turn off subscription auto-renewal, follow the instructions of the service provider where you purchased your subscription. If you purchased in your My Kaspersky account, you can turn off auto-renewal at any time in the Subscriptions tab, as described below.
If you purchased a subscription through your internet service provider, you can manage your subscription in your account settings on your service provider's website or by contacting the support service of your service provider.
