How to view your passkeys

Passkeys are a simple and secure alternative to passwords. They use public-key cryptography combined with biometric authentication (like fingerprint or facial recognition) or a device PIN, offering robust multi-factor authentication. This verifies your identity using multiple factors for enhanced security. Passkeys are only stored on your devices, preventing accidental sharing or theft.

To use passkeys, a website must support the technology. First, create a passkey on the website, then add it to Kaspersky Password Manager. To save a passkey, ensure you have the Kaspersky Password Manager browser extension installed.

Supported browsers:

• Microsoft Edge based on Chromium (version 108.0 or later)
• Firefox (version 122.0 or later)
• Chrome (version 108.0 or later)
• Yandex.Browser (version 108.0 or later)
• Vivaldi (version 5.6 or later)
• Brave (version 1.46 or later)
• Comodo Dragon (version 108.0 or later)
• Opera (version 116.0 or later)
• Opera GX (version 116.0 or later)

To view your passkeys:

1. Go to the Passwords tab.
2. Enter your main password and click the Unlock storage button.
3. Go to the Passkeys tab.

Entries with your passkeys are displayed.

You can also click the Copy to clipboard () icon to copy credentials of a user account.

Click the menu () icon near the entry to do one of the following actions:

• Edit an entry name and add a commentary
• Move an entry to a folder
• Add or remove an entry from Favorites
• Delete an entry

Before deleting a passkey, ensure you have an alternative login method for that account; otherwise, you may lose access.
