What to do if your mobile device is ever lost or stolen

If your mobile device is lost or stolen, you can lock the device and try to locate it. If it is impossible to retrieve the device, you can delete all data from it. You can remotely manage the device by sending commands to the device from My Kaspersky.

Remote management of a lost or stolen device via My Kaspersky is supported only for mobile devices running the Kaspersky app for Android. To protect your device, you first need to set up the Where Is My Device feature in the app. To receive a command on a mobile device, the device must be turned on and connected to the Internet. Learn more in the Kaspersky app for Android Help.
