Add a PDF file

  1. Unlock the vault by entering the master password and tapping Unlock.

If your device is running Android 6.0 or later, supports fingerprint authentication, and fingerprint authentication is enabled in the app settings, you can use it to unlock your vault instead of entering the master password.

  2. In the main app window, tap or swipe the screen to the right.

The quick access bar appears on the left.

  3. On the quick access bar, tap Documents > .

    The gallery window opens.

If an alert appears, allow Kaspersky Password Manager to access the requested content on your device.

Kaspersky Password Manager does not display PDF files located on an SD card.

  4. Select one PDF file you want to store in Kaspersky Password Manager, or tap Select and choose several PDF files.

Kaspersky Password Manager starts adding the selected documents into the vault.

Kaspersky Password Manager can't add password-protected PDF files or files larger than 20 MB.

The entries appear in the Documents window. If you want to view details of the PDF file, expand the entry and tap Open. You can also edit the entry name or add a comment, if needed.
