Responding to the Technical Support engineer

To respond to a message from the Technical Support engineer:

Go to the Support section.
In the Technical Support Center window, click the Technical Support link.
A list of your requests with the status and last modification date and time is displayed.
Select the request to which you want to respond.
Enter your message and click the Send button.

Your response is submitted to Technical Support and is displayed in the message thread.
