Connecting to My Kaspersky portal

Connecting to My Kaspersky portal lets you synchronize data across your devices.

The application prompts you to connect to the portal when installation finishes. If you have downloaded the application from My Kaspersky portal, Kaspersky Password Manager connects to My Kaspersky portal automatically.

Information about the account used to connect to the portal appears in the general settings of the application.

To connect to My Kaspersky portal:

  1. In the My Kaspersky portal connection window, enter the email address and password for My Kaspersky account that you created.
  2. Click the Sign In button.

The application connects to My Kaspersky portal.

If you do not have a My Kaspersky account, you need to create one.

To create a My Kaspersky account:

  1. In the My Kaspersky portal connection window, click the Don’t Have Account Yet button.

    The Create a My Kaspersky Account window opens.

  2. In the window, enter the email address and password that you want to use to sign in to My Kaspersky portal.
  3. Re-enter the password in the password confirmation field.
  4. To subscribe to a newsletter, select the Receive news and special offers from Kaspersky Lab by email check box.
  5. Click the Create account button.

    A link for activating the account is sent to the email address.

  6. Go to your email and open the message from Kaspersky Lab.
  7. Click the link in the message.

The My Kaspersky account has been created and activated successfully. The application connects to My Kaspersky portal.

All users and devices connected to My Kaspersky portal with the same My Kaspersky account have access to the same cloud storage. If you do not want to allow a certain user or device to have access to the cloud storage, connect the user or device to My Kaspersky portal with a different My Kaspersky account.
