After you report a problem to Kaspersky Lab Technical Support specialists, they may ask you to generate a report with information about the operation of Kaspersky Password Manager and send it to Kaspersky Lab Technical Support. Technical Support specialists may also ask you to create a trace file. The trace file makes it possible to perform a step-by-step examination of the execution of application commands and determine when errors occur.
Contents and storage of trace files
Trace files are stored on your computer in a protected format and contain information about the following events registered by Kaspersky Password Manager:
Trace files only contain data required to troubleshoot application errors.
Activation codes for Kaspersky Total Security 2016 or later and Kaspersky Small Office Security version 5 or later may be saved in Kaspersky Password Manager trace files if these applications are used together on the same device.

All.log trace files can contain the full names of Kaspersky Password Manager files, the domain name and IP address of the proxy server, and the IDs and types of vault entries. All.log trace files do not contain any of your data added to the vault.
