For security reasons, we recommend that you change your main password on a regular basis. If you suspect that your main password has been compromised, change it immediately.
It's impossible to change your main password if:
Automatic sync is disabled.
There is no internet connection.
The main password was changed on another device and it's not synced with the device you're currently using to change the password. Please, sync all your devices first.
In the Main password section, click Change main password.
The Change main password window opens.
Enter your current main password and a new main password.
Kaspersky Password Manager automatically checks the strength of your password and displays an exclamation mark if the password strength is low or medium.
In the Confirm new main password field, enter the new main password again.
Click OK.
The main password is changed. After synchronization, the main password will be changed on all your devices.
