Web-Portal Statement

All terms used in this Statement have the same meaning defined in the End User License Agreement (EULA) under the clause "Definitions".

Please carefully read the terms of this Statement, as well as all documents referred to in this Statement, before accepting it. If the Software is used within a legal entity or on the Computer used by several individuals, You must ensure that they have understood and accepted the conditions of this Statement before data processing begins.

Data Protection and Processing

The Rightholder handles the data it receives from the End User under this Statement in accordance with the Rightholder's Privacy Policy published at: https://www.kaspersky.com/Products-and-Services-Privacy-Policy.

Purposes of Data Processing

The Web-Portal helps You remotely manage Your acquired licenses and the protection of your Computer, as well as provide safe storage of Your account information (logins and passwords), data about Your bank cards, addresses, notes, documents, and other important information during use of the Computer. During Your use of this functionality, the Rightholder receives from Your Computer and processes information about the Software, the acquired license, information about the Computer in accordance with this Statement.

Processed Data

Certain data which is processed under this Statement could be considered personal data according to laws of some countries. With Your consent, the following data will be automatically sent on a regular basis to the Rightholder under this Statement:

• Information about user authentication: My Kaspersky account login and password, user ID, Computer locale and region, flag indicating whether the user agrees to provide his/her email address to receive personalized marketing offers, temporary identifier for user authentication in Kaspersky services, data on Software authentication in Kaspersky services, session identifier for authentication of Software installation, service ID.
• Information about the Computer: Computer ID, type, name, model, brand, OS type and version, locale, notification service type, notification service registration ID, flag indicating whether the notification service token is to be issued, one-time token for device identification.
• Information about the Software: Software ID, version, build number, locale, Kaspersky Password Manager service ID, protocol version, installation ID, session ID, IP address, and domain name of website that triggered action by the Software.
• Identifier of entry in the password database, entry type, encrypted entry contents, encrypted preview of image, hash of master password, password database version, and encryption parameters.
• Item identifier on App Store, purchase identifier, purchase time and status, purchase receipt for My Kaspersky registration, transaction identifier, and protocol version.

The list of entry types and contents provided to the password database may vary in different Software versions, according to the User guide for the particular version. These differences do not stop the password database from being shared by other compatible versions of Software.

Third-Party Information Systems

The Rightholder uses third-party information systems to process data. Their data processing is governed by the privacy statements of such third-party information systems. The following are the third-party information systems that the Rightholder uses and the data they process:

AWS

During the use of the Software, the following data will be sent to AWS automatically and on a regular basis in order to achieve the declared purpose:

• Encrypted image that was uploaded during use of the Software
• User ID

Data is forwarded to AWS over a secure channel. Information about how data is processed in AWS is published at https://aws.amazon.com/privacy/.

Your Choice to Participate

It is entirely Your choice to automatically send data to the Rightholder on a regular basis under this Statement. You can withdraw Your consent at any time by disconnecting Your Software from the Web-Portal as described in the User Manual.
