Sending an objects from Backup to recipients

You can send copies of messages saved in Backup to its original recipients.

The application sends messages from Backup using Exchange Web Services (EWS). To send messages successfully, the following notification settings must be defined: EWS address and settings of the user account under which messages will be sent.

When sending messages from Backup, the following conditions must be kept in mind:

• If messages were moved to Backup by Anti-Virus, the addresses of recipients must be added to the list of trusted recipients of Anti-Virus before sending any messages. Otherwise, message sending may be blocked, and the messages may be returned to Backup.
• If messages were moved to Backup during attachment filtering, the address of the account specified in the notification settings must be added to the list of exclusions from filtering by senders before sending any messages. Otherwise, message sending may be blocked, and the messages may be returned to Backup.

To send an object from Backup to recipients, perform the following steps:

1. In the Management Console tree, select the node of a Microsoft Exchange server and open it.
2. Select the Backup node.
3. In the table listing Backup objects in the workspace, select the message that you want to send to recipients.
4. Click the Send to recipients button in the upper part of the workspace above the list of objects.

The application sends the selected object to the recipients of the original message.
