In the Management Console tree, select the Incidents node.
Click the Restore button.
The Recovery Wizard starts.
Select the incidents to be restored.
To restore all incidents from the archive file, select the All incidents option.
To restore only incidents generated during a certain period, select the Over period option. Then type or select the start and end dates of the period in the fields below. By default, the period corresponding to the current day is specified in the fields.
Click the Browse button and select the archive file in the window that opens.
Click the Next button.
The number of restored and skipped incidents is displayed in the Wizard window.
Click the Finish button to close the Wizard.
The incidents restored from the archive appear in the list of incidents with the (archived) attribute specified in the Status field.
The application factors in the incidents restored from the archive when generating reports and statistics.
You can view the details of incidents restored from the archive and perform other operations on them except the following: changing their status; adding comments; archiving such incidents. You can also remove restored incidents from the list of incidents.
