Deleting a Service Account

To delete a Service Account:

  1. Open the Kaspersky Security for Microsoft Office 365 Management Console.
  2. In the left part of the page, select the Account section.
  3. Click the Delete link.

    The action confirmation window opens.

  4. Click Delete.

Once you have deleted the Service Account, your mailboxes are no longer protected. To resume protection, you need to specify a Service Account again in the Kaspersky Security for Microsoft Office 365 Management Console.

Note that once you have specified a Service Account, you can replace it only with an account belonging to the same Exchange Online organization. To protect another Exchange Online organization, you must register a new company on the Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud portal.
