Enabling and disabling Anti-Virus protection

If you enable Anti-Virus protection, messages with detected viruses or other malicious objects will be automatically moved to Backup and remain unavailable for users unless restored by Administrator.

To enable or disable Anti-Virus protection:

  1. Open the Kaspersky Security for Microsoft Office 365 Management Console.
  2. In the left part of the page, select the Protection section.
  3. In the upper part of the page, select the Anti-Virus tab.
  4. Do one of the following:
    • Flip on the Delete messages containing viruses and other malicious objects toggle switch to enable Anti-Virus protection.
    • Flip off the Delete messages containing viruses and other malicious objects toggle switch to disable Anti-Virus protection.
  5. Click Save.
