Filtering the list of backup items

You can filter the list of backup items using one or several criteria: date of message detection by the application, status assigned to message, current message storage and/or other message details specified in the search field. Filtering conditions are combined using the "AND" logical operator. Backup items that do not meet the filtering criteria are not displayed in the list.

To filter the list of backup items:

  1. Open the Kaspersky Security for Microsoft Office 365 Management Console.
  2. In the left part of the page, select the Backup section.
  3. Specify one or several filtering criteria:
    • If you want to filter backup items by message detection date, do the following:
      1. Click the filter button in the Date column.
      2. Specify the necessary range of dates.
      3. Click the Apply button.
    • If you want to filter backup items by the status assigned to message, click the filter button in the Status column and select check boxes only next to the statuses that you want to include in the filter.
    • If you want to filter backup items by traffic type, click the filter button in the Traffic type column and select only check boxes next to the values that you want to include in the filter.
    • If you want to display backup items from a specific storage, click the filter button in the Storage column and select check boxes next to the storage types whose items you want to include in the filter.
    • If you want to filter backup items by other message details, enter a key word in the search field and click the Search button in the upper-right corner of the Management Console.
  4. If you want to remove the filter, do the following:
    1. To remove the filter by date, click thefilter button in the Date column and then click Reset.
    2. To remove the filter by message status, traffic type or storage, click the filter button in the corresponding column and select the check boxes next to all the available values.
    3. To remove the filter by other message details, clear the text from the search field and click the Search button.
    4. To remove all the selected filters, click the Reset filters button on the right side of the page.

If you refresh the backup data in the list by reloading the corresponding web page in your browser, the selected filters will remain applied.
