Saving backup items to disk

Kaspersky Security for Microsoft Office 365 can save backup items to disk as original messages. This option is available for Kaspersky Security for Microsoft Office 365 backup items only.

Saving items from backup to disk may cause harm to your computer because they may contain viruses and other malicious objects that pose a threat of infection.

To save a backup item to disk:

  1. Open the Kaspersky Security for Microsoft Office 365 Management Console.
  2. In the left part of the page, select the Backup section.
  3. In the table listing backup items, select the check box next to the item that you want to save.
  4. In the upper part of the section, click the Save to disk button.
  5. In the confirmation window click Save to disk.

You can save only one backup item at a time.
