Deleting a Service Account

To delete a Service Account:

  1. Open the Kaspersky Security for Microsoft Office 365 Management Console.
  2. In the left part of the page, select the Settings section.
  3. Open the Connection tab.
  4. In the Exchange Online Quarantine block, click the Delete account button.
  5. In the confirmation window, click the Delete account button.

After you have deleted the Service Account, you can no longer access Exchange Online Quarantine. To restore access, you need to specify a Service Account again in the Kaspersky Security for Microsoft Office 365 Management Console. This account must belong to the same Office 365 organization.
