Kaspersky Security Center displays devices for which integration is configured in managed device groups. Health status of these devices is displayed on the dashboard. If problems are encountered with these devices, Kaspersky Security Center displays the Critical or Warning status to alert the administrator.
Since Kaspersky Sandbox is not a standard workstation managed using the KSC, you must separately configure the display of Kaspersky Sandbox device status in KSC.
To display the status of Kaspersky Sandbox devices in KSC correctly, place Kaspersky Sandbox servers into a separate managed device groups.
To evaluate Kaspersky Sandbox health in KSC:
The upper part of the workspace shows the device status filter and the number of servers that have the corresponding status.
– Critical status. Displayed for the following problems:
– Warning status. Displayed for the following problems:
– OK status. Displayed if Kaspersky Sandbox servers do not have problems with self diagnosis, application activation and database update.
The Kaspersky Sandbox server list displays servers that match your status filtering conditions.
In the right part of the workspace, a panel is displayed with the description of the Kaspersky Sandbox device status.
