In this case, you have to ensure that the version of the installed Kaspersky Security Center Web Console is compatible with the version of Administration Server to which you connect.

If you have the latest version of Kaspersky Security Center Web Console and the previous version of Kaspersky Security Center, and an error occurs during domain authentication, the error text will contain a default message.
