Connecting to My Kaspersky portal

To activate the application, sign into your My Kaspersky account and in doing so connect to My Kaspersky portal. Kaspersky Security Cloud does not operate if your device is not connected to My Kaspersky portal. If you previously entered your credentials in another Kaspersky Lab application on this device, Kaspersky Security Cloud will connect to My Kaspersky portal automatically. If the application fails to automatically connect your device to the portal, you need to manually enter your credentials to sign in to your My Kaspersky account.

If you have a My Kaspersky account:

  1. Enter the email address that you used when creating the account.
  2. Enter the password for your account.
  3. If you enabled additional protection for your account on My Kaspersky portal, a message with a security code will be sent to your phone. Enter the security code in the entry field and click the Confirm sign-in button.
  4. Click the Sign In button.

    If you have already purchased a subscription and entered the activation code for the portal, the application will be activated with the subscription when you connect to My Kaspersky portal.

    If the application detected several active licenses on your portal, for example, for Kaspersky Security Cloud – Personal and Kaspersky Security Cloud – Family, the Choose subscription window will pop up.

  5. Click the Select button to choose the subscription under which Kaspersky Security Cloud will be used.

    If you have not yet bought a subscription, the application will be activated under the Kaspersky Security Cloud – Free package.
