Kaspersky Security Cloud shows the following information about devices connected to a Wi-Fi network:
Device name
Device manufacturer
Device type (e.g., computer, mobile device, router, gaming console, or video camera)
Operating system installed on the device
MAC address (unique network ID of the device)
IP address of the device
Kaspersky Lab applications installed on the device (for devices protected under the Personal and Family packages and connected to the same account on My Kaspersky portal).
To view devices that are connected to the Wi-Fi network:
Open the main application window.
In the lower part of the main application window, click the More Tools button.
The Tools window opens.
In the Tools window, go to the My Network section.
Click the Devices in my network link to open the Devices in my network window.
The Devices in my network window shows the following:
Devices that are currently connected to the Wi-Fi network.
Devices that were connected to the Wi-Fi network some time ago.
Device status on the Wi-Fi network:
Connected devices. Icons of devices connected to Wi-Fi, in green.
Disconnected devices. Icons of devices that were connected to the Wi-Fi network some time ago, in gray.
New devices. Devices that were recently connected to Wi-Fi, marked New to the right of the device name in the list.
Time when disconnected devices were last detected in the network.
To change a device name:
Select the relevant device from the list of devices in the Devices in my network window.
In the upper-right corner of the window, click the button.
Enter the new device name in the Device name text box.
To change the device type:
Select the relevant device from the list of devices in the Devices in my network window.
In the upper-right corner of the window, click the button.
Select the relevant item from the Device type drop-down list.
