In some cases, Kaspersky Security Cloud cannot determine the status of a hard drive due to the following limitations:

The hard drive does not support S.M.A.R.T technology.
The S.M.A.R.T. feature is turned off on the hard drive.
Kaspersky Security Cloud does not support the following:
- Type of connected hard drive
- Type of USB controller of the hard drive
The hard drive is disabled.
