A subscription is the purchase of the right to use the application according to specific parameters (for example, subscription expiration date, number of devices).
You can manage your subscription (for example, buy, suspend, or resume) via your personal account page on the service provider's website (for example, via your Apple account). Follow the instructions on the App Store.
About auto-renewal
A subscription can be renewed automatically or manually. An auto-renewed subscription renews automatically at the end of each subscription period until you cancel it. A manually renewed subscription must be renewed at the end of each subscription period.
If you do not turn on auto-renewal or for some reason the app was unable to auto-renew your subscription (your credit card has expired or was declined), when your subscription to the Personal or Family package expires, the app will switch to the Free package. To continue using the app under the Personal or Family package, you will need to manually renew your subscription on the Kaspersky website or via your provider.
Ordering a subscription for Kaspersky Security Cloud will not cancel your other subscriptions that include Kaspersky Security Cloud. To avoid additional charges, make sure you have canceled or disabled autorenewal for subscriptions that you don't need.
About cancelling a subscription
To cancel a subscription or switch to manual renewal:
Cancel or disable auto-renewal for subscriptions that you don’t need.
You can only buy one subscription for Kaspersky Security Cloud per Apple ID. To switch your subscription to another My Kaspersky account, submit a request to technical support via My Kaspersky, and include a detailed description of the issue.
If you have an active subscription for Kaspersky VPN, you can use it in the stand-alone app Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection.
