Enable two-step verification on My Kaspersky

If you want to improve the security of your account, you can set up two-step verification. When this function is enabled, no one will be able to sign in to your account unless they use your password and a security code sent to your phone number in an SMS message.

If you didn't receive an SMS message with a security code, do the following:

  1. Check whether your mobile network is available.
  2. Wait until the Request another code button becomes available in the app.
  3. Tap Request another code.
