About the activation code

An activation code is a unique sequence of 20 letters and numerals in the format xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx. If you have an activation code, you can enter it on My Kaspersky to activate the unlimited version of the app.

The subscription period starts from the date when the activation code is used for the first time on a device.

If you lose or accidentally delete your activation code after activating the app, contact Kaspersky Customer Service.
