View the terms and conditions of the End User License Agreement and the Marketing Statement

You can review the terms of the License Agreement using the following methods:

On the App Store
By reading the license.txt file in the folder where the application has been installed

Read the Marketing Statement and disable sending data

In the menu bar, click the application icon and choose Preferences.
The application preferences window opens.
In the Improved experience section, click Show Marketing Statement if you want to read the terms of the Marketing Statement.
A window with the Marketing Statement opens.
If you want to disable sending data, deselect the Help Kaspersky improve its products by sending information about the application and its operating environment checkbox.
