How to create a My Kaspersky account

An account on My Kaspersky portal is required to sign in to My Kaspersky portal as well as to use the portal and certain Kaspersky Lab applications.

If you do not have an account on My Kaspersky portal yet, you can create it on the portal or via applications compatible with the portal.

To create your My Kaspersky account:

  1. Open the main application window.
  2. In the main application window, click the button VPN Menu.
  3. Select the Subscription item in the drop-down menu.
  4. In the Subscription window, click the Sign in to My Kaspersky link and go to the My Kaspersky window.
  5. Click the Sign Up button.
  6. Enter an email address.
  7. Think up and enter a password.

    The password must contain at least 8 characters, which must include one numeral, one uppercase letter, and one lowercase letter.

  8. Confirm the password.
  9. Select the I agree to provide Kaspersky Lab with my email address to receive personalized marketing offers check box if you want to receive Kaspersky Lab notifications in your mailbox.
  10. Enter your first name in the Your first name field (this field may be unavailable in your region).
  11. Enter your last name in the Your last name field (this field may be unavailable in your region).
  12. Click the Continue button.

    The Select country window opens.

  13. The entry field in the Select country window should show the country you're in now.
  14. If the application was unable to correctly determine your country, select your country and language from the drop-down list.
  15. Click the Continue button.

    You will see a message informing you of successful registration of your My Kaspersky account. A message will be sent to your email address with a link that you must click to activate your My Kaspersky account.

  16. Click the Done button.

Your device will be connected to My Kaspersky portal.
