To receive notifications about the status of secure connection when connecting to a Wi-Fi network:
Open the main application window.
In the main application window, click the button .
Select the Settings item in the drop-down menu.
The Settings window opens.
Select the Apply general rules on connection to Wi-Fi networks check box if it has been cleared.
Click the Settings button.
In the General rules for connecting to Wi-Fi networks window, perform the following actions:
Select the Notify if secure connection to a Wi-Fi network cannot be established check box if you want to receive notifications that the application was unable to establish a secure connection when connecting to a Wi-Fi network.
Select the Notify when enabled check box if you want to receive notifications that the application has successfully established a secure connection when connecting to a Wi-Fi network.
To receive notifications about the activation of a secure connection when connecting to a selected Wi-Fi network:
Open the main application window.
In the main application window, click the button .
Select the Settings item in the drop-down menu.
The Settings window opens.
Click the Settings button.
This opens the General rules for connecting to Wi-Fi networks window.
Click the Manage known Wi-Fi networks button.
This opens the Manage known Wi-Fi networks window. Wi-Fi-networks to which you connected earlier are displayed in this window. If you have not connected to Wi-Fi networks, this list is empty.
Select the Wi-Fi network for which you want to receive notifications informing you that a secure connection is enabled.
Click the Edit button.
This opens the Settings for <name of Wi-Fi network> window.
In the Action on connection to the Wi-Fi network <name of Wi-Fi network> section, select the Enable secure connection automatically option if it is not already selected.
