The following known issues may arise during operation of the application:
When the virtual server is changed, the secure connection may be briefly interrupted. Kaspersky Secure Connection does not protect data that is transmitted during this interruption in the secure connection.
When the network connection is changed on a device, the secure connection may be briefly interrupted. Kaspersky Secure Connection does not protect data that is transmitted during this interruption in the secure connection.
When switching from the standard version of the application to the premium version, the secure connection session is interrupted. Kaspersky Secure Connection does not protect data that is transmitted during this interruption in the secure connection.
If you interrupted the application while connected to My Kaspersky, the next time you launch it the standard version of the application may start instead of the premium version of the application. You may also need to connect your device to My Kaspersky again. If you connected your device to My Kaspersky, but instead of the premium version of the application you get the standard version of the application, then you will need to go to My Kaspersky and click the Confirm button for the current device in the Devices section.
