How to activate the application
If you have an activation code, you can enter it in the application to activate Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection subscription.
An activation code is a unique sequence of 20 letters and numerals in the format xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx. If you have an activation code, you can enter it on My Kaspersky to activate the unlimited version of the application.
The subscription period starts from the date when the activation code is used for the first time on a device.
If you lose or accidentally delete your activation code after activating the application, contact Kaspersky Customer Service.
To enter activation code in the application:

How to renew a subscription for Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection
To renew a subscription for Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection:
The application will offer you one of the following options for where you can renew your subscription:
When renewing a subscription, the subscription provider may differ from the provider with whom you registered the subscription.
You will be redirected to Kaspersky website where you can purchase a subscription.
After completing your purchase, the activation code for your subscription will be sent to your email address.
A subscription for Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection is displayed in the window. To begin using the Unlimited version of the application, connect your device to My Kaspersky.
You can also use Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection on devices running Android, iOS or macOS.
How to cancel a subscription for Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection
You can cancel your Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection subscription. A canceled subscription is not automatically renewed, and you will be able to use the subscription until the last paid period expires.
To avoid unnecessary expenses, you should cancel your subscription before the payment date for the next period. Note that the payment for the next period is made before the current period expires. 30 days in advance of the expiration date of the current period, we will send information about subscription renewal conditions to the email address you provided when making the order.
The steps involved in canceling your subscription vary depending on the payment services provider from which you purchased your subscription.
To cancel the subscription:
In your default browser, you will be taken to the login page on the payment provider website, or your personalized page for managing automatic renewal.
The subscription is canceled. A cancellation confirmation email is sent to your email address.
To cancel your subscription in your My Kaspersky account:
Canceling the subscription via the My Kaspersky account is not available in some regions.
By default, you are taken to the Subscriptions section on your subscription information page.
This option is available only if you have previously activated a subscription with auto-renewal.
The subscription is canceled. A cancellation confirmation email is sent to your email address.
How to disconnect a device from a subscription
To disconnect a device from a subscription:
A window opens to confirm detaching the device from the subscription.
The device will be disconnected from My Kaspersky.
Whenever you try to connect more devices than is allowed by your subscription, instead of seeing the Disconnect device from subscription link in the Profile window you will see the Manage devices button that takes you to My Kaspersky.
