To receive notifications that the application has started and a secure connection is enabled:

1. Open the main application window.
2. In the main application window, click the button .
3. Select Settings → Autorun from the drop-down menu.
4. Select the Notify when enabled check box.

   This check box is available if the Enable VPN automatically at application startup toggle is set to On.

To receive notifications about the status of secure connection when connecting to a Wi-Fi network:

1. Open the main application window.
2. In the main application window, click the button .
3. Select Settings → Notifications from the drop-down menu.
   • If you want to receive notifications that the application was unable to establish a secure connection when connecting to a Wi-Fi network, switch the Notify if VPN cannot be enabled automatically when connecting to a Wi-Fi network toggle to On.
   • If you want to receive notifications that the application successfully established a secure connection when connecting to a Wi-Fi network, switch the Notify if VPN is enabled automatically when connecting to a Wi-Fi network toggle to On.

To receive notifications about the activation of a secure connection when connecting to a selected Wi-Fi network:

1. Open the main application window.
2. In the main application window, click the button .
3. Select Settings → Smart protection from the drop-down menu.
4. Click the Settings button.

   The Smart protection window opens.

5. Click the Known Wi-Fi networks button.

   This opens a window displaying the Wi-Fi-networks to which you previously connected. If you have not connected to Wi-Fi networks, this list is empty.

6. Select the Wi-Fi network for which you want to receive notifications informing you that a secure connection is enabled.
7. Click the Edit button.

   This opens the Settings for <name of Wi-Fi network> window.

8. In the Action on connection to the Wi-Fi network <name of Wi-Fi network> section, select the Enable VPN option if it is not already selected.
9. Select the Notify when enabled check box.
10. Click the Save button.
