In the main application window, click the button .
Select Profile → Login.
Enter the email address that you specified when creating the account.
Enter the password.
Click the Sign In button.
Enter the code shown on the picture and click the Continue button.
This step is only available if you entered an incorrect email address or password several times.
If you configured two-step verification on My Kaspersky, a text message containing the verification code will be sent to your phone. In the entry field, enter the verification code and click the Continue button.
Two-step verification is not available in every region. For more information, see the My Kaspersky help.
If the message with the verification code is not delivered, do one of the following:
Click the Get a new code button to request the code again.
Click the Didn't receive the code button to find out how to solve this problem.
Your device connects to My Kaspersky.
Click OK.
Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection can connect to My Kaspersky using the credentials that were used for connecting to My Kaspersky from another application, such as Kaspersky Free, Kaspersky Anti-Virus, Kaspersky Internet Security, Kaspersky Total Security or Kaspersky Security Cloud. Upon application startup, Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection shows a notification that a user account was found.
To connect to My Kaspersky using the account that was found,
click the Connect button in the application window.
In the main application window, click the button .
Select Profile → Sign out.
In some regions, when you connect to My Kaspersky you accept the Statement regarding data processing for purpose of using Web-Portal located at the following path: <disk>:\Program Files (x86)\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky VPN 5.3\Doc\KSDE\<language>\consumer_gdpr_kaspersky_secure_connection_for_windows_5_0_mykaspersky_mykaspersky.txt (for 64-bit systems) or <disk>:\Program Files\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky VPN 5.3\Doc\KSDE\<language>\consumer_gdpr_kaspersky_secure_connection_for_windows_5_0_mykaspersky_mykaspersky.txt (for 32-bit systems).
