Creating a system state report

To create a system state report:

  1. Open the main application window.
  2. In the main application window, click the button VPN Menu.
  3. Select Support → Support Tools → Open from the drop-down menu.
  4. Click the How to create an operating system state report link.

  5. Follow the instructions in the Knowledge Base article.
