Known issues
The following known issues may arise during operation of the application:
- When the VPN server is changed, the secure connection may be briefly interrupted. Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection does not protect data that is transmitted during this interruption in the secure connection.
- When the network connection is changed on a device, VPN be briefly interrupted. Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection does not protect data that is transmitted during this interruption in the secure connection.
- When switching from the Free version of the application to the Unlimited version, the secure connection session is interrupted. Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection does not protect data that is transmitted during this interruption in the secure connection.
- If you stop the application while connecting to My Kaspersky, the next time you run the application, the Free version may start instead of the Unlimited version. You may also need to connect your device to My Kaspersky. again. If your device is connected to My Kaspersky, but instead of the Unlimited version of the application you get the Free version, please log in to My Kaspersky and in the Devices section, click Confirm for the current device.
