Purchase statement

All terms used in this Statement have the same meaning defined in the End User License Agreement (EULA) under the clause "Definitions".

Please carefully read the terms of this Purchase Statement, as well as all documents referred to in this Purchase Statement, before accepting it. If the Software is used within a legal entity or on the Computer used by several individuals, You must ensure that they have understood and accepted the conditions of the Purchase Statement before data processing begins.

Data Protection and Processing

The Rightholder handles the data it receives from the End User under this Purchase Statement in accordance with the Rightholder’s Privacy Policy published at: https://www.kaspersky.com/Products-and-Services-Privacy-Policy.

Purposes of Data Processing

The Rightholder processes data in order to identify the User and the User’s device in the Web-Portal services, to manage purchased licenses and the Software operating mode, and to make and restore purchases in accordance with this Purchase Statement.

Processed Data

Certain data which is processed under this Purchase Statement could be considered personal data according to laws of some countries. With Your consent, the following data will be automatically sent on a regular basis to the Rightholder under this Purchase Statement:

• Unique user identifier on My Kaspersky
• Unique device identifier on My Kaspersky
• Unique temporary device identifier on My Kaspersky
• One-time password to connect the application automatically
• Activation code
• Application ID
• Application version
• Application locale
• General information about the user's device: unique device identifier on My Kaspersky, device’s network name, device type, operating system type, operating system version
• General information about licenses used in the application: license type, current license status, service information about license, activation error, license expiration date and time, feature array
• Device token type
• Service ID
• Unique ID of user-device binding on My Kaspersky
• SKU
• Date and time of the purchase
• Product package name
• Receipt name
• Purchase token
• Digital signature of the purchase
• Status of the purchase

Your Choice to Participate

It is entirely Your choice to automatically send data on a regular basis to the Rightholder under this Purchase Statement. You can at any time withdraw Your consent from within the settings of the Software as described in the User Manual.
