If the Software is used within a legal entity or on the Computer used by several individuals, You must ensure that they have understood and accepted the conditions of the Purchase Statement before data processing begins.

The Rightholder handles the data it receives from the End User under this Purchase Statement in accordance with the Rightholder’s Privacy Policy published at: https://www.kaspersky.com/Products-and-Services-Privacy-Policy.

Purposes of Data Processing

The Web-Portal helps You remotely manage Your acquired licenses and the protection of your Computer. During Your use of this functionality, the Rightholder receives from Your Computer and processes information about the Software, the acquired license, information about the Computer in accordance with this Purchase Statement.

Processed Data

Certain data which is processed under this Purchase Statement could be considered personal data according to laws of some countries. With Your consent, the following data will be automatically sent on a regular basis to the Rightholder under this Purchase Statement:

  • Unique user identifier on My Kaspersky
  • Unique device identifier on the My Kaspersky portal
  • Unique temporary device identifier on the My Kaspersky portal
  • One-time password to connect the application automatically
  • Activation code
  • Application ID
  • Application version
  • Application locale
  • General information about the user's device: unique device identifier on My Kaspersky, device’s network name, device type, operating system type, operating system version
  • General information about licenses used in the application: license type, current license status, service information about license, activation error, license expiration date and time, feature array
  • Device token type
  • Service ID
  • Unique ID of user-device binding on My Kaspersky
  • SKU
  • Date and time of the purchase
  • Product package name
  • Receipt name
  • Purchase token
  • Digital signature of the purchase
  • Status of the purchase

    It is entirely Your choice to automatically send data on a regular basis to the Rightholder under this Purchase Statement. You can at any time withdraw Your consent by canceling an active subscription as described in the User Manual.
