Tracing is a way to record detailed information about the application's activity. Kaspersky Technical Support specialists use trace files to troubleshoot issues. You can enable application event logging to create trace files and send them to Technical Support if requested. By default, application event logging is disabled.
Enable logging of data to trace files
- Log in to an account that isn't monitored by Kaspersky Safe Kids.
- Open Kaspersky Safe Kids.
- In the menu bar, choose Help > Enable Tracing.
Disable logging of data to trace files
- Log in to an account that isn't monitored by Kaspersky Safe Kids.
- Open Kaspersky Safe Kids.
- In the menu bar, choose Help > Disable Tracing.
Important: Turn on tracing only when a Technical Support specialist asks you to do so.
