Use Touch ID and Face ID

On devices that support Touch ID or Face ID, you can use Touch ID or Face ID instead of an access code to access the app on the parent's device.

Before using Face ID, make sure your child can not unlock your device using Face ID and his/her face.

To enable access to the app using Touch ID or Face ID:

  1. On the Kaspersky Safe Kids navigation bar, tap Additional > App Settings.

Make sure you have set an access code. If an access code is not set, access using Touch ID or Face ID cannot be configured.

  2. Switch on the Touch ID toggle or Face ID toggle.

The app may be accessed using any Touch ID or Face ID stored on your device.

Find more information about configuring and using Touch ID and Face ID on the Apple support website.

It is unsafe to use Touch ID and Face ID in the app on devices with modified firmware.

If you change the access code on a parent's device, you will need to set up Touch ID or Face ID with the new access code to continue accessing the app on other parent's devices.
