Kaspersky Safe Kids requirements for the computer

Minimum hardware requirements:

  • Processor: 1 GHz.
  • RAM: 1 GB for a 32-bit system (x32) / 2 GB for a 64-bit system (x64).
  • Free hard drive space: 120 MB.

  • Microsoft Windows Installer 3.0 or later
  • Microsoft .NET Framework 4 or later
  • Internet connection (for connecting to My Kaspersky portal and updating the application).

Limitations:

  • Kaspersky Safe Kids is incompatible with Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 and Windows 8 style applications.
  • The application prevents data exchange over the QUIC protocol (Quick UDP Internet Connections). Browsers use a standard transport protocol (TLS or SSL) regardless of whether or not support for the QUIC protocol is enabled in the browser.
