Updating the app

You can update Kaspersky Safe Kids using the Google Play Store service. Kaspersky Safe Kids must be updated on the mobile devices of both the parent and the child.

Kaspersky Safe Kids versions on all devices must be current. If the current version is not installed on a mobile device, Kaspersky Safe Kids can work incorrectly.

The following conditions must be met to update the app using the Google Play service:

• You must have a Google account.
• Your device must be linked to your Google account.
• Your device must be connected to the Internet.

You can update Kaspersky Safe Kids manually or configure automatic updates.

To update Kaspersky Safe Kids manually:

1. Start the Google Play Store app on your device.
2. Tap > My apps.

   A list of apps installed on the mobile device opens. Apps for which new versions are available are marked with the Update tag.

3. Tap Update next to Kaspersky Safe Kids.

In some cases you may have to restart the mobile device before updating the app.

To configure automatic updates of Kaspersky Safe Kids:

1. Start the Google Play Store app on your device.
2. Tap > My apps.

   A list of apps installed on the mobile device opens.

3. Tap Kaspersky Safe Kids > .
4. Select the Automatic update check box.

Kaspersky Safe Kids will be updated automatically when a new version is released.
