Configuring the connection to the SNMP server

To configure the connection to the SNMP server:

1. In the main window of the application web interface, open the management console tree and select the Settings section and SNMP subsection.
2. Click the SNMP server connection address and port link or the SNMP server time-out link to open the SNMP server connection settings window.
3. In the SNMP server connection address and port field, type the SNMP server connection address and port.

   For example, you can type tcp:localhost:705.

4. In the SNMP server time-out field, specify the maximum SNMP server time-out in seconds. You can specify a value in the range from 1 to 255 seconds.

   The default value is 15 seconds.

5. Click OK.
