In case of malfunctions, Kaspersky Technical Support may ask you to create an archive with diagnostic information about Kaspersky Secure Mail Gateway.
The trace file should be created after retracing user actions that caused the malfunction.
To create a trace file:
The workspace displays the table of cluster nodes with information about the time when a trace file was last created for each node.
This opens the View results window.
The archive with diagnostic information is created. You can download or delete the obtained archive.
