Excluding addresses from the Backup Digest mailing list

This functionality requires Edit settings permissions and is only available when the digest is enabled.

To exclude addresses from the Backup Digest mailing list:

  1. In the application web interface window, select the SettingsGeneralBackup section and open the Digest tab.
  2. Add email addresses that must not receive the Backup Digest to the Do not send to these email addresses list:
    • To specify an address manually, click Add, enter an email address and click List_Item_Validate_icon. The button is available if the text in the field matches the email address format.

      If necessary, repeat the steps for the rest of addresses.

    • To paste addresses from the clipboard, click Import, type or paste email addresses separated by commas or new lines, then click Import.

      Up to 1000 addresses can be added.

  3. If you want to edit a previously added address, click the address in the text box, make the necessary changes in edit mode and click List_Item_Validate_icon. If necessary, use the search bar.
  4. If you want to delete an address from the exclusion list, click Delete_Item_icon to the right of the address.
  5. Click Save.

    If at least one address has an incorrect format, the lists cannot be saved. Fix all addresses highlighted with a red background and repeat the save operation.

Email addresses are added to the list of addresses excluded from the digest mailing list.
