Disclaimers and warnings about insecure message

You can configure disclaimers or warning about insecure messages to be added to the body of messages scanned by KSMG.

For a disclaimer or warning to be added to a message, the following conditions must be satisfied:

Addition of a warning or disclaimer is enabled in the triggered message rule.
A disclaimer or warning template is specified in the triggered message scanning rule.
Additional condition for adding a warning: an event has occurred for which the warning is configured.
You can configure a warning about insecure message to be added to messages of the following types:
- For encrypted messages
- For phishing messages
- For infected messages
- For messages with Anti-Virus scan errors
- For messages containing links

KSMG comes with two preset warning templates.
