Viewing the table of objects in Backup

Messages that had Skip or Reject actions applied to them are not placed in personal Backup. Information about such messages is only accessible in global Backup in privileged user mode with the relevant permissions.

To view the table of objects in Backup:

In the application web interface window, select the Backup section.

The table displays the following information about objects in Backup:

• Sender email is the email address of the message sender. The address is taken from the SMTP session (value of the MAIL FROM command).
• Sender IP is the IP address of the host that sent the message.
• Recipient email are the email addresses of the message recipients. The addresses are taken from the SMTP session (values of the RCPT TO command).

  In personal Backup, recipient information from the BCC field is not displayed.

• Subject is the subject of the message.
• Sent from Backup is an indicator of the message having been sent from Backup.
• Detected by is the name of the application module that detected the threat in the message.
• Backup reason is the name of the application module that performed the scan that placed the message in Backup.
• Message size is the size of the message.
• Time received is the date and time when the message was received.
• Application message ID is the unique ID that the application assigns to the message.
• SMTP Message-ID is the ID assigned to the message at the mail server.
• Node is the IP address of the cluster node that processed the message.

By default, the table displays all columns. You can configure the table display.
