Viewing the result of sending or deleting a group of messages from Backup

To view detailed information about sent or deleted messages and about errors,

in the upper part of the window, in the message about the result of sending or deleting a group of messages, click the More info link.

This opens a window with information about the number of successfully and unsuccessfully sent or deleted messages, as well as the following fields:

• Result is an icon representing the status of sending or deleting a message. Possible values:

   – Success.

   – Failed.

   – Canceled.

  Hovering over the icon displays a tooltip text for the status.

• Sender email is the email address of the message sender. The address is taken from the SMTP session.
• Recipient email are the email addresses of the message recipients. The addresses are taken from the SMTP session.
• Subject is the subject of the message.
• SMTP Message-ID is the ID assigned to the message at the mail server.
• Time received is the date and time when the message was received.
• Node is the IP address of the cluster node that processed the message.

By default, the table displays all columns. You can configure the table by clicking the icon. The configuration is similar to configuring the table of objects in Backup.

You can save the result of sending or deleting messages from Backup to a CSV file. To do so, in the Result of sending or Result of deleting window, below the list of messages, click Export.
