To view the content of a message in personal Backup:
In the application web interface window, select the Backup section.
In the table of personal Backup objects, select the message for which you want to view the content.
This opens the View message information window.
Select the Preview tab.
If you want to view the message content as plain text without HTML markup, select the Plain text viewing mode.
BCC headers are not displayed in this mode. If the main part of the message cannot be extracted, the preview area displays a warning saying that the message content cannot be displayed.
If you want to view the message in HTML format, select the HTML viewing mode.
Message preview is available if the message contains data in HTML format and the Anti-Virus scan has assigned the Not detected, Encrypted, Not scanned, or Bases error status.
