How to purchase or renew a license

When the free trial period expires, the paid license is activated without your involvement. The price of license renewal is charged to your chosen payment method.

In some regions, the automatic switch to the paid license may not be available. If you did not enter payment details for subsequent renewal when activating the free trial license, you will need to buy a license to make sure your devices stay protected.

To purchase or renew a license:

  1. Open the main application window.
  2. Go to the Profile section and do one of the following:
    • To renew the license, click Renew now.
    • If your trial license has expired, click Buy now.

    This opens the website of Kaspersky Online Store or a partner company where you can renew or purchase a license.

  3. When you renew or purchase the license, an activation code is sent to the specified email address.
  4. Activate the application using that activation code.
